Is the dream truck dead? All the hype and crickets. Will there be a 2026 production? Has anyone heard anything at all ??
I haven't heard anything and I'm signed up for their mailing lists... so crickets here

A $100 deposit doesn't worry me. What I hope is they are using the delay to work the software bugs out of their release. After the Donut Labs CES release of Solid State Batteries, I would LOVE them making a pivot on battery technology that doubles the range and shortens the charging time. They would be able to come out and dominate day 1. All EV vendors will be moving to Solid State now that the gauntlet has been thrown down and I'm more concerned about waiting to ensure that the version I purchase has the new solid state battery tech.
