You were not mistaken, you can plug it in, it has a 92 kwh battery. Here is another video from that same autoshow with the ridiculous BS sticker. This guy actually gets a Ram guy to answer some questions and is the best review so far from all the bigger sites.

I am skeptical of that price, Kuniskis himself said it was a similar cost to a regular gas truck because there was no transmission. If this is the cost of a Laramie, then I will fine a different truck to purchase as I wouldn't pay this much for a Tungsten and I can afford it. Guess we will...

Yeah, it seems Ram needs to improve their communication channels with customers. It also needs a media blitz for the RamCharger or REV I guess in order to drum up excitement. Maybe that will hit during the holiday's if it is actually going to be available Q1 next year.

From what Kuniskus said, it is basically ready, they get better margins on the 5.7 and wanted to get that out first, so this was delayed until next year because the Hemi's were going to make more money and they wanted to use the production line space for those.
