I wonder if Ford will come out with thier version of the EREV truck first, RAM stalled and stumbled allowing Ford to catch up! Ford trucks (at least the hybrid) had much better power options for powering things - over 7000 watts available, I hope RAM is watching...

After seeing the ugly state of the EV marketplace and the losses that Ford GM and Stellantis have had, I suspect that they will be risk adverse instead of doubling down and taking a risk on a potentially market changing truck. I don't think RAM will ever make this truck. I hope I am wrong.

Welcome @RamCares... Like others have said more transparency and consistency of communications is required it you are interested in developing brand ambassadors here. I was very excited about the REV initially and was anxious for next steps, only there wasn't any. I have since gotten my $100...

@Ram Cares - seems like potential customers are the only ones excited, Ram has been ignoring us - even after paying a 100$ to play. Good way to alienate early adopters and potential brand ambassadors. The absolute lack of communication and delay after delay pushed me to ask for my deposit back...

Haha, I asked for my deposit back in the first week of January, I just received it today. Based on that maybe they will make the truck by 2029! They must have laid off everyone who can do things there, they don't like customers! OK, so I thought I would check - the Ram REV 1500 site still...

yeah, by the level of communication to deposit holder (insiders -right ?) RAM seems more interested in getting mags interested again, now they gave ford enough time to make a competitor. RAM has failed getting my loyalty, sorry.

Asked for my deposit back. I don't think RAM has a clue on how to communicate to potential customers. I have ZERO faith they will move forward with the Ramcharger....

Based on the absolute dearth of communication and the 3rd critical delay of the delivery I have lost confidence and requested my deposit back.

Why isn't RAM being more transparent with CUSTOMERs who have put down (100$) to be in queue for a Ramcharger! Seems like there is little hope they will make it.

Seems like RAM is focused on keeping manufacturing 100% utilized and *not* on customer demand for the newer models. As someone who plunked down 100$ in January of 2024 there has been no communication and as a marketing team they are not building community around the Ramcharger and REV - you all...
